FAITH, FAMILY, COMMUNITY; BUSINESS

I came from humble beginnings and was fortunate enough to have people in my life who sacrificed, took me in and made me part of their family. Because of this love from others, it is my goal and duty to use Commercial Real Estate as a vehicle to help others in the same way others helped me. There are few greater treasures in life.

I’m inspired to improve daily so I can grow stronger in FAITH, provide for and care for my FAMILY, improve my COMMUNITY, and grow our BUSINESS.

Over the past 30 years I have acquired a unique skillset as an INDUSTRIAL REAL ESTATE PROFESSIONAL and thought leader. These skills include:

COMMERICAL REAL ESTATE BROKER/AGENT:
With over seven years experience in several asset classes to include: Industrial, Medical, Retail, Multi-Family, and Land, I acquired broad knowledge and experience as a CRE professional. Three years ago I shifted and focused business development efforts entirely in Industrial real estate. Business activities include: leasing, sales, and land development. My move to DFW is the next step to expand opportunities to grow as an Industrial real estate expert and thought leader.

COMMERICAL CONSTRUCTION/LAND DEVELOPMENT:
From a laborer to a commercial construction business owner, I understand what its like to be a laborer, an owner and every position in between. Concrete Tilt, Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings, CMU, Wood/Metal Stud Construction, Remodel, and TI projects. Distribution, medical, education, retail and office construction. I know how to read a construction schedule and more importantly what a properly managed, organized job site, looks like and one that will meet or exceed the C of O date.

I use this experience, passion, and insight to assist and add value to industrial developers, landlords, and tenants in the purchase, sale, and lease of industrial real estate.
