Conrad’s mantra is “Make an Impact”. Over his career, he has been very blessed to advise some of the largest corporations and institutions on earth.  His true passion is to use Paladin as the vehicle to impact others’ lives and the communities around us through the Paladin Partners Foundation and their industry-first “Give-Back” business. 

Recently, he was identified as one of the Top 5 Commercial Real Estate Influencers in the world and was also inducted as a Texas Icon in Commercial Real Estate by REDNEWS. He is a regular speaker at industry and business events, podcasts, and is routinely quoted by the media in their video, digital, and print publications. 

Consistently recognized by the Dallas Business Journal and D CEO Magazine as one of the “Heavy Hitters/Power Brokers” in commercial real estate, Conrad specializes in tenant representation, development & project leasing, land, and building sales, investment property sales, and corporate services consulting for clients, where he has transacted over 50 Million SF in over 125 cities across the globe.

His extensive insight and experience enable him to forecast and anticipate market conditions and trends which allow his clients to capitalize and maximize their returns. He advises clients on all real estate occupancy matters including strategic facility planning, portfolio/lease administration services, transaction management, extensive market research and analysis, site selection, lease negotiation, subleases and dispositions, co-location negotiations, national facility roll-outs, build-to-suit analysis & sustainability.

Conrad was a walk-on at Texas Tech University before graduating from Texas State University.  Besides spending time with his lovely family, Conrad is extremely involved with Paladin Partners Foundation and their annual Give Back Gala, which supports  Team Luke Hope for Minds and other charities that enrich the homeless, less fortunate, cancer research, and the true heroes of our country, the United States Veteran. He is very active on LinkedIn (please connect with him) and a huge follower of college football and basketball. You can also find him hunting rare whiskeys and collectible wines from Bordeaux, Napa Valley, and Pouilly Fume.

Greg Nelson

Co-Founder & Partner

Greg specializes in tenant representation, project leasing, land and building sales, investment sales, and consulting for corporate clients nationally.   His real passion in Commercial RE is mentorship of young associates and enjoys spending time out on the streets building client relationships.     

Boomer Sooner – Greg is an Alumni of  the University of Oklahoma.  He has been recognized by DBJ many times for their ‘Heavy Hitters’ lists, Real Estate Deal of Year Finalist – 2013, and Largest Industrial Transactions.  

Outside of work, Greg spends his time with his wife, Michele, and their 3 kids tailgating at OU games or attending the kids sporting events.  Greg & Michele love to travel – with or without the kids – and enjoy playing golf.

Kipp Collins

Partner

Before joining Paladin Partners, Kipp spent 16+ years at Binswanger in Dallas focusing on Industrial Site Selection, Project Leasing and dispositions consulting for some of the largest Fortune 500 companies and institutional investors across the United States.

At Paladin Partners, Kipp is responsible for business development and servicing of clients. He will continue cultivating his relationships in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and beyond. Kipp is a life-long Dallas resident, growing up in Lake Highlands and graduated from Southern Methodist University.

Brent Bosworth

Vice President

Brent specializes in commercial tenant representation, focusing on users or occupiers of commercial space. His client base consists of both national and global organizations, occupying office, industrial, retail, and owned facilities.  He is a local market expert in DFW and manages portfolios on a national basis. 

Prior to entering the corporate real estate space, Brent worked for a Fortune-50 pharmaceutical distributor before bridging his knowledge and success to an entrepreneurial medical supply start-up venture in Denver, Colorado where he quickly became an industry leader and top producer. 

Brent’s success in brokerage has been attributed to his responsiveness, uncompromised integrity, diverse local market knowledge, extensive negotiating experience, and expertise in strategic planning. 

Brent resides in Dallas, Texas. He graduated from Oklahoma State University with a degree in Business. He is active in the community and has been involved in numerous volunteering and charitable programs.

Stephanie Gustafson

Vice President

Stephanie is a Vice President with experience in representing owners, users, and tenants of industrial, flex, office and retail properties across the DFW Metroplex.  She specializes in both Tenant and Landlord Representation with a major focus in leasing, acquisitions and dispositions.  Steph will tell you she loves leasing transactions, she’s been affectionately referred to as “The Leasing Machine” by past colleagues.  

Stephanie received her bachelor’s degree from Southwestern. She has spent the last five years at a Commercial Real Estate firm in Dallas where she became their in-house Landlord Broker, representing around 60 buildings.  In Stephanie’s first year as a Broker she had 54 lease transactions and at year two decided to stop counting and just keep producing – that mindset has served her well.

Stephanie has an awesome husband and two rescue dogs.  When she is not working at the office, she is working on a remodel project at her house, traveling, riding her bike on the trail or not so successfully trying to learn how to play tennis.

Trace Fielding

Vice President

Trace joined Paladin partners in 2016 and has experience representing owners, users and tenants of industrial properties. Trace specializes in land transactions, site selection, acquisitions and advisory services both locally and nationwide.

Trace received his Bachelor’s Degree from Texas Christian University where he played tennis, earning All-American honors.  Following college, he continued playing tennis on the professional tour until 2011, and Trace is a co-owner of Roddick Lavalle Academy for Tennis in San Antonio, TX.

After leaving tennis, Trace went on to go work for a high-end wagyu beef company, where was responsible for developing and growing the west coast market working with major distributors such as, US foods and Sysco. 

Trace and his wife have 2 little boys. When he’s not hanging out with the family, you can find him on the golf course.

Ross Farance

Ross joined Paladin Partners after spending a decade with one of the nation’s largest and most prestigious material handling organizations, where he spent his time mastering distribution center design and application. Ross is dedicated to the customer experience. His expertise in distribution helps our tenants define, plan, and evaluate facility requirements to maximize their overall return on investment. 

After attending college in California, and winning NCAAs in springboard diving, Ross transferred back to his home state of Texas, where he earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of North Texas. 

When not working with customers, Ross stays busy with logistics consulting, supporting his wife in her wine importing business, and attending his children’s sporting events. When he has a moment to himself, he uses it to be thankful for his blessings.

Kyle Bilodeau

Associate

Kyle joined Paladin in August 2023.

Kyle graduated from Purdue University where he played football and earned academic All-Big Ten honors multiple times during his career.

Before college, Kyle attended Woodberry Forest School, an all-boys boarding school in central Virginia where he played football, basketball and track while also participating in Woodberry’s a-capella group called “The Dozen.”

During his free time, you can often find Kyle on the golf course, on a pickleball court, or in the weight room.  He also enjoys playing his guitar and singing.

Kyle is very active in his faith; you will likely find him at The Porch on Tuesday nights worshipping with other young adults.

Bryce joined Paladin Partners in September of 2023. Before he joined Paladin Partners, Bryce was the construction manager for a real estate investment company. He has spent his entire life encapsulated in real estate.

Outside of work, Bryce loves to spend time with his Dog Leia, train Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and spend time with his family.

Jed Meisner Joined Paladin Partners in 2023 after spending time as an acquisitions associate for a local DFW based private equity firm specialized in Industrial assets within the DFW Metroplex. There he assisted with Acquisitions, Due Diligence, Project Leasing and Asset Management of manufacturing and distribution facilities. 

Pony Up! – Jed graduated from Southern Methodist University, where he studied Finance and Statistics while also being a member of the Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity. Outside the office you can find Jed in the weight room, cooking, enjoying the great outdoors, or trying to find the best tacos in town.
