Administrative Assistant

We are currently searching for an computer savvy Administrative Assistant to work on site at our headquarters. The ability to work in a fast paced environment with strong attention to detail is essential. You will be fully engaged and busy from the first day and we guarantee there will never be a dull moment.

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to juggle multiple projects with superb accuracy
  • Strong administrative skills – provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying 
  • Assist in resolving any administrative problems
  • Answer calls from clients regarding their inquiries
  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
  • Prepare marketing document with use of Adobe software

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Associate’s degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred.
  •  2+ years of hands on administrative support experience
  • Must be computer savvy and proficient in Microsoft, Adobe, and Outlook
  • Knowledge of operating standard office equipment
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
  • Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem solving skills
  • Good research skills and attention to detail

Commercial Real Estate Broker

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Commitment to producing high quality finished work product
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment, manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and respond to requests on a timely basis
  • Willingness to work hard and learn

Qualifications:

  • Active Texas Real Estate license
  • 2+ years of commercial real estate brokerage experience
  • High energy and self-motivated
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work with other team members

Summer Intern

The internship is designed for entrepreneurial candidates with a strong academic background, preferably in business or real estate. Applicants should be self-motivated, creative, disciplined and exhibit a demonstrated interest in the commercial real estate industry.

Summer Intern - Marketing

The Marketing Intern is responsible for working cross-functionally in Marketing, IT, and our digital media to create engaging content and drive digital conversions. The intern will be immersed in all aspects of digital marketing with opportunities to support strategic marketing of the Paladin brand in all digital channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with email and print marketing campaigns
  • Update and manage website content
  • Coordinate internal/external events 
  • Manage social media channels

Qualifications:

  • Current undergraduate students majoring in Business, Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or related field
  • Proficient with InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Additional experience with social media campaigns, website management,  and email marketing a plus
  • Rising juniors, seniors, and 2022 grads highly preferred
  • Reliable transportation for property drives
