D CEO Releases 2016 Power Brokers List
Executives at 68 firms employing 1,706 brokers participated in the program, identifying a total of 386 professionals who qualified as Power Brokers.
In a market as deep and wide as North Texas, there’s always a lot of wheeling and dealing going on. Each year, D CEO identifies the commercial real estate brokers putting together the bulk of those deals.
Our methodology is straightforward: We ask leaders at North Texas firms to tell us who generates the most revenue for their companies. The number of names they’re allowed to submit is based on their total number of local licensed brokers. Our 2016 list is based on 2015 production.
